The challenge
The club had a loyal crowd of experienced fighters, but newcomers found it intimidating. A dated logo, a Facebook page as its only website and sign-ups on paper meant most curious visitors never came through the door.
Our approach
We kept the grit and dropped the gatekeeping. The new brand borrows from vintage fight posters – heavy type, bold red, gold accents – while the website talks to beginners first: what to bring, what a first session looks like, and a one-tap free trial.
- KO monogram and a flexible fight-poster type system
- Live class timetable with trial-session booking
- Memberships and payments that work in under a minute on a phone

The result
Trial sign-ups more than doubled in the first two months and 340 new members joined by the end of the season. Two out of three bookings now happen on a phone, often straight from the club’s new posters around the neighbourhood.
