Bookings
Weddings and Saturday nights between October and March often book 9–12 months ahead. Corporate events and weeknights can usually be confirmed with 4–6 weeks' notice.
Send an enquiry and we'll pencil your date for 7 days while you review the proposal. A 30% deposit then confirms the booking.

Deposits are refundable up to 90 days before the event. Inside 90 days they can be transferred to a new date within 12 months.
Weddings
Every wedding package includes a ceremony PA, wireless lapel microphone for your celebrant and a handheld for readings.
Most of our wedding DJs are experienced MCs. We'll run your formalities to the minute from a shared run-sheet.
Of course. Your planning portal lets you add the aisle song, entrance, first dance, cake cut and any must-play tracks.
Yes. We bring weather covers, battery power where required and work with your venue on curfews and noise limits.
Corporate
We supply lecterns, lapel and handheld microphones, confidence monitors and an engineer to manage speech audio all day.
Our lighting designers match your brand colours, project logos as gobos and can programme content for LED walls.
Yes. We issue tax invoices with an ABN and can supply a supplier form, insurance certificate and SWMS on request.
We regularly run breakout rooms, plenary stages and evening functions from one coordinated production team.
Equipment & venues
We tour L-Acoustics and Funktion-One systems for large events and premium powered speakers for smaller rooms.
A standard set-up needs 2.5 m × 1.5 m plus one 10-amp power point within 5 metres.
Every cable and device is tested and tagged on a 12-month cycle and we carry $20 million public liability insurance.
Yes. We'll liaise with the venue's technical team and only bring what's needed to fill the gaps.
Payments
A 30% deposit secures your date and the balance is due 14 days before the event.
Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Card payments carry no surcharge.
Yes. All published prices include GST.
For weddings booked more than six months out we can split the balance into monthly instalments.
