Your wedding planner meets you twice before the day to map out every song cue — the aisle walk, the entrance, the first dance and the last song. On the day, we handle ceremony audio, MC duties and the reception set.

Our lighting designers build cue lists that follow the energy of the night. Combine moving heads, LED battens, lasers, haze and pyro-effects with modular staging and truss for a look that photographs beautifully.

Weddings and Saturday nights between October and March often book 9–12 months ahead. Corporate events and weeknights can usually be confirmed with 4–6 weeks' notice.

Absolutely. You'll get access to our planning portal to add must-play and do-not-play tracks, key moments and genres. Your DJ blends those with their read of the room.

Yes — we regularly work in the Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands and South Coast, and tour nationally for festivals. Travel is quoted at cost.

We carry $20 million public liability insurance, test and tag all equipment, and supply SWMS and risk assessments on request.

Every job carries redundant playback, spare cables and backup microphones. For larger events a second system is on site and can be live in under a minute.

A 30% deposit secures your date. The balance is due 14 days before the event. We accept bank transfer and all major cards.
